What does the job require:
playing with kids
some light driving (pick up/ drop off with kids)
Laundry
Light food prep
bathing and bedtime
general housekeeping (we do have another FT nanny/ housekeeper so you would helping her and modeling her role when she is not here, you would be a team!- she can train you)
Days:
Friday - Tuesday (*Wed and Thurs off)
Need one to 2 nights a week *Providing overtime pay for any additional hours
Would require some holidays, traveling with our family and sleeping over when spouse is out of town for business.
This a a real full time commitment to our family- we are looking for another FAMILY member who can love us and our kids and feel like they are really a part of our family!
*Must be a citizen or have a green card
* Must have a valid drivers license
*We pay all of our home employees on a payroll, legitimately and on the books. We offer a very good annual salary and pay bi-weekly.

West Orange family searching for a local, reliable, trustworthy,fun, energetic and responsible female to babysit after school for our 11 year old daughter Monday-Thursday, 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. (flexibility with hours would be appreciated). Position would start September 3rd but could also start the following week after Labor day on the 7th. This is a great opportunity for a college student.
Responsibilities include:
- Picking up from school in West Orange or school bus stop, as well as, driving to and from after school activities once or twice a week.
- Strong English skills with ability to supervise and assist with homework and school projects. Proficiency in math a plus
- Dinner preparation and clean up
- Light housekeeping (folding laundry and keeping house neat and orderly).

The South Mountain YMCA is looking for a Preschool Cooking Instructor and Dance Instructor for the Enrichment Program. We offer several cooking and dance classes per week, open to both the public and students in our Early Childhood Learning Center.
Cooking Instructor
Under the direction of the Enrichment and Family Programs Director, the Preschool Cooking Instructor will coordinate and implement weekly cooking classes, Monday through Friday. The position is required to follow all policies and procedures set forth by the YMCA.
Minimum Requirements: A creative and energetic outlook, minimum 2 years experience working with young children, ability to put together simple and healthy recipes.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 11:30AM-12:30PM
Dance Instructor
Under the direction of the Enrichment and Family Programs Director, Dance Instructors will teach weekly dance classes, Monday through Friday, following our curriculum. The position is required to follow all policies and procedures set forth by the YMCA.
Minimum Requirements: A background in dance, ability and willingness to be trained in our curriculum, variety of dance experience and experience working with children.

We are looking for house manager, baby sitter and house keeper for our fun, busy house to work 2-3 days a week. We need someone that drives, has their own car, clean driving record, 25+ and bilingual.
We are looking for someone with experience managing a home, strong communication skills, who is loving, organized, reliable, positive, energetic and has initiative for our 3 children - a 10 yo daughter, 7 and 5 yo sons and 2 dogs.
Responsibilities include transporting the kids to/from various activities, house cleaning, helping with errands - basically everything to help the house function smoothly.
Additionally, the kids are young, active and curious, so their babysitter needs to be fit and energetic. We live in South Orange and we are walking distance to town. We are flexible on morning hours, but require afternoon/some evening hours.

We are looking for a full time nanny to take care of our newborn daughter, Lyla who is 2 months old. I will be going back to work in the city mid-October and was hoping to have someone start with us the first week or October. Hours would be 50-55 hrs/week.
We live in Maplewood (just off of Prospect- a 15 minute walk from the train station). We are looking for someone who is most importantly loving, kind, and motherly to raise our daughter. We want to connect with someone as we would welcome them as a new family member and hope they would stay and grow with us in the years to come.
We are looking for someone who is extremely reliable, loyal, patient, trustworthy, honest and respectful. Likewise we will treat this person with the same respect and love. We would hope this person would care for our daughter as their own. We would like them to do her laundry, feed her meals, clean up after her and themselves, and lead a structured day that is both educational and fun for her. Taking her to music class, the library or play dates would be a must. We also would love to have someone who likes dogs as we do have a small dog, Bernie; he is a King Charles Cavalier and is 4 years old. He likes to spend his days sleeping or playing in our fenced in backyard so he should not be a problem! :)
