o Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare re-class journal entries when necessary 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE 
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting 
• 10 years relevant experience 
• Foundation and/or Not for Profit Accounting experience desirable 
• Experience in Commercial/Residential Real Estate or Property Management Industries desirable 
* Must be a CPA 

COMMUNICATION SKILLS 
• Ability to interpret contracts and make recommendations to ensure contract adequately protects the Company’s interests 
• Fundamental understanding and working knowledge of private wealth portfolios and various investment vehicles 
• Experience negotiating with banks for loans, lines of credit, etc. 
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. 
• Understanding of and experience with various business insurance vehicles 
• Excellent communication skills are required to interact with upper management to promote ideas and transfer detailed knowledge to others and to respond to common inquiries from customers on most sensitive inquiries or complaints. 
• Must be willing to ‘roll up sleeves’ and perform administrative work on occasion.
